WHAT CAN I FIND IN CONTIGO SOY?

You will find the house brands OKO is us, Contigo Soy and CursArte, accompanied by young entrepreneurs, designers and artists who rotate according to the seasons to showcase national and international talent.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF THE PRODUCTS IN THE CONTIGO SOY STORE?

All our products are produced in Spain using manual and “digital” techniques. After being made, the pieces and designs go through a “control and fixing process” to guarantee and prolong the life of the product. These are artisanal processes, so they may present small alterations that should not be considered as defects.

To preserve each piece, we recommend washing them inside out (preferably by hand and with neutral soaps). If you wash them in a washing machine, use cold water. DO NOT iron the designs and DO NOT use a dryer.

In the description of each product, there are always some recommendations that are important to keep in mind.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All our products are made and produced using “digital” and manual techniques , using carefully selected materials, mostly of organic composition.

WHERE ARE CONTIGO SOY ITEMS PRODUCED?

We produce and manufacture all our products in small workshops in Spain (Valencia).

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT?

Of course! We are very happy to be part of special moments. Write to us at hola@contigosoy.com if you want us to personalize your gift .

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PRODUCT?

You must follow the steps described in the product and always write to hola@contigosoy.com with the artwork or photographs you want to verify that everything is in order and thus begin the realization of the design (piece).

Each customized product will have a maximum of 2 corrections, after which the product will enter final production. In the case of needing more corrections, there will be an additional cost to the value shown on the product.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

To proceed with the return of the product, you must request the return by email to the following address: hola@contigosoy.com within a period of no more than 10 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return and including the list of products that comprise it.

In the case of personalized products or illustrations, the aforementioned right to exchange or return disappears, declaring that you are aware of this circumstance and accepting it at the time of making the corresponding purchase. However, you may request corrections prior to the shipment of said product. You will have the right to two corrections of the design or illustration, which will be shown to you days before shipment.

We will only offer refunds or exchanges if artwork frames, mugs, or delicate items arrive damaged or in poor condition.

All returns must be previously authorized by the seller and returned without fail by the means of transport indicated by the seller.

Contigo Soy products are packaged in accordance with current transport regulations and in order to ensure optimal protection of the products during shipment. The Customer is requested to respect these same rules when returning products, whether in the context of after-sales service or for convenience. Contigo Soy reserves the right to request partial return of the product if its resale is impossible in its current condition or in the event of an aggravation of the technical problem indicated.

The right of withdrawal will apply provided that the Contigo Soy products are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them, with their complete original packaging, labels and any other accessories related to them.

The invoice or a copy of it must be attached in case of partial return of the order.

Upon receiving the cancelled or returned order at the Contigo Soy warehouse, we will determine whether the items we have received are in the same condition as they were shipped.

Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or soiled will not be refunded and will be made available to the sending Customer and returned postage due.

In the case of personalized products or illustrations, the aforementioned right of withdrawal disappears, declaring that you are aware of this circumstance and accepting it at the time of making the corresponding purchase.

RETURNS IN THE PENINSULA:
It's very easy, if the delivery address of your order is on the peninsula, you just have to send us an email to hola@contigosoy.com indicating your full name and the reference of your order, we will contact you to send a courier to collect the items you want to return. This service is totally free for collections on the peninsula, we only ask that you make the return with its original packaging and well protected, you know, courier-proof ;) As soon as we receive the products, we will make the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order. If you need an exchange, for only 5 euros the same courier who delivers your order will collect the items you want to exchange, write to us at hola@contigosoy.com and we will help you with the process.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA
If the delivery address of your order is in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside of Spain, you only have to send us the items you want to return well wrapped and protected to our warehouse address:

The return costs will be your responsibility and as soon as we receive your shipment we will make the refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it or make an exchange.

CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE ONCE I HAVE MADE PAYMENT?

Sure, don't worry. If you've just made a purchase, you have 12 hours to cancel your purchase and receive 100% of the payment. Write to us at hola@contigosoy.com and we will refund the amount as soon as possible.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If the previously established conditions regarding deadlines, communications and condition of the items are met, the amount of the order will be refunded to the customer within a period of no more than 15 business days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPING PROCESS?

We take our shipping very seriously, and you will often be surprised to find that you place your order on a working day and have it delivered to your home the next day. Whenever possible, you will receive your order very quickly, but the delivery time may vary slightly depending on the day you place your order, whether we have special offers, custom production, or whether your order is sent by private courier or by the national postal service.

SHIPPING TO SPAIN

These are the types of shipping we use to send your order to Spain:

Shipping within the peninsula.

We ship to the entire Peninsula at a fixed price of €3.95 and free for orders over €50. If you want to give a gift and you are in a hurry to receive your order, write us an email at hola@contigosoy.com and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

Shipping to Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.

Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla and the islands leave our warehouse by certified mail and their price depends on the volume and weight of your order. To find out the cost of shipping, simply put everything you like in the shopping cart and enter the name of your city, the shipping cost will appear automatically. Shipments leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from when you place your order (always on working days and except on days of promotion, custom production or when we have a lot of packages and your order may take up to 7/15 days to leave our warehouse). Shipping time is usually one week, although in this case we cannot give you a guarantee of the exact day of arrival, since the mail is sometimes brought forward or delayed due to many types of factors, totally beyond our control. Nor are we responsible for any possible additional charges for customs service that you may have.

SHIPPING TIMES

These are the estimated times that shipments may take and the methods we use:

Orders for Spain (Peninsula). On working days when we do not have promotions, special offers or custom production, we will prepare your package within 24 to 48 hours from the time of your purchase (always on working days). All orders sent to any point in the Peninsula are sent by private courier and the transit time is between 24 and 48 working hours to reach their destination. If you place your order on days when we have promotions, special offers or custom production, your order could take up to a maximum of 10 working days to leave our warehouse (these times would be very exceptional, normally the preparation time for an order during promotions is usually 2 to 5 working days).

Orders to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. On days when we do not have promotions or special offers, we will prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours from the time of your purchase (always on working days). If you place your order on days when we have promotions and/or special offers, your order could take up to a maximum of 10 working days to leave our warehouse. Orders are sent by certified mail and usually take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive depending on the destination. Please bear in mind that, as this is the Post Office service, we cannot give you an exact delivery date nor can we be held responsible for possible delays in the delivery of your order. On days when we have promotions and/or special offers, your order could take an additional 48 hours to leave our warehouse. IMPORTANT: if the delivery address of your order is in the Canary Islands, please bear in mind that shipping may be delayed due to the current customs situation. Correos has confirmed that many packages destined for the islands are currently being held in Madrid awaiting the necessary procedures for their shipment.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We use different types of shipping, depending on the destination. Please see our shipping section .

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The delivery time for non-personalized products will be 3 to 5 business days from acceptance of the order for shipments to Spain.

In the case of customized products, after confirming the design, you will receive the order within a maximum of 15 working days.

Items will be sent to the delivery address that the customer has indicated to us at the time of purchase.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs have been established according to the current cost of shipping packages to national and international territory.

Transportation costs may be granted free of charge and in a timely manner within the framework of actions carried out by CONTIGO SOY
