To proceed with the return of the product, you must request the return by email to the following address: hola@contigosoy.com within a period of no more than 10 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return and including the list of products that comprise it.
In the case of personalized products or illustrations, the aforementioned right to exchange or return disappears, declaring that you are aware of this circumstance and accepting it at the time of making the corresponding purchase. However, you may request corrections prior to the shipment of said product. You will have the right to two corrections of the design or illustration, which will be shown to you days before shipment.
We will only offer refunds or exchanges if artwork frames, mugs, or delicate items arrive damaged or in poor condition.
All returns must be previously authorized by the seller and returned without fail by the means of transport indicated by the seller.
Contigo Soy products are packaged in accordance with current transport regulations and in order to ensure optimal protection of the products during shipment. The Customer is requested to respect these same rules when returning products, whether in the context of after-sales service or for convenience. Contigo Soy reserves the right to request partial return of the product if its resale is impossible in its current condition or in the event of an aggravation of the technical problem indicated.
The right of withdrawal will apply provided that the Contigo Soy products are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them, with their complete original packaging, labels and any other accessories related to them.
The invoice or a copy of it must be attached in case of partial return of the order.
Upon receiving the cancelled or returned order at the Contigo Soy warehouse, we will determine whether the items we have received are in the same condition as they were shipped.
Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or soiled will not be refunded and will be made available to the sending Customer and returned postage due.
In the case of personalized products or illustrations, the aforementioned right of withdrawal disappears, declaring that you are aware of this circumstance and accepting it at the time of making the corresponding purchase.
RETURNS IN THE PENINSULA:
It's very easy, if the delivery address of your order is on the peninsula, you just have to send us an email to hola@contigosoy.com indicating your full name and the reference of your order, we will contact you to send a courier to collect the items you want to return. This service is totally free for collections on the peninsula, we only ask that you make the return with its original packaging and well protected, you know, courier-proof ;) As soon as we receive the products, we will make the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order. If you need an exchange, for only 5 euros the same courier who delivers your order will collect the items you want to exchange, write to us at hola@contigosoy.com and we will help you with the process.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA
If the delivery address of your order is in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside of Spain, you only have to send us the items you want to return well wrapped and protected to our warehouse address:
